YSU Penguin Productions is proud to present the ninth annual Federal Frenzy on Saturday, April 22, 2023 from 2:00pm-11:00pm. Featured on E. Federal St. in downtown Youngstown with Penguin City Brewery and the Youngstown Flea, they will have a full day of music, art, activities, food, and fun!
Mick Jenkins, the headliner for the event, is a Chicago-based rapper who has performed across the nation including at AFROPUNK Brooklyn.
