Attention all Italian culture enthusiasts and festival-goers! Get ready for an exciting event that will transport you to the vibrant streets of Italy. The 90th Our Lady of Mount Carmel Italian Festival is just around the corner, promising a fantastic celebration of food, music, and traditions. Located in Niles, Ohio, 381 Robbins Ave, Niles, OH 44446, this annual festival has become a beloved tradition for locals and visitors alike from July 13-16, 2023.

Our Lady of Mount Carmel Italian Festival is a joyous celebration of Italian heritage and culture. This year marks the festival’s 90th edition, making it a significant milestone for the community. The festival pays homage to the patron saint of Italy, Our Lady of Mount Carmel, and serves as a platform to share the richness and beauty of Italian traditions.

Experience a burst a flavor ( and if you are from Niles) the taste of your childhood) with two types of fried dough or Pizza Fritta- try a twist or a cheese puff. The twist is two pieces of sought twisted, fried and drenched in powdered sugar. The cheese puff is a palm-size pillow of dough stuffed with cheese and fried the golden brown.

The Festival promises an action-packed schedule of events that will cater to all ages and interests. Prepare your taste buds for an exquisite culinary experience as the festival offers an abundance of delectable Italian dishes and traditional favorites. From mouthwatering pasta dishes, pizza to cannoli and gelato, food enthusiasts will have their cravings satisfied.

In addition to the gastronomic delights, visitors will be treated to a variety of entertainment options. Live music performances by talented Italian and local artists will fill the air, creating a festive atmosphere that will make you want to dance along. From traditional Italian folk music to modern hits, there will be something for everyone.

Furthermore, attendees can participate in cultural exhibitions, showcasing traditional art, crafts, and clothing. You can also expect thrilling amusement rides, exciting games, and activities for children, making it a perfect family outing.
