Wow….We have not even finished our Halloween candy yet, and its almost time for Thanksgiving.
We are ok with that, as we love the food, family and A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving, aka the Peanuts. A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving has been one of the most iconic movies of all time to play during the holiday season. Families have passed down the tradition to there kids and so on to introduce them to the Peanut characters. A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving special first aired in 1973 and has continued to be a family favorite special during our Thanksgiving festivities.

The classic has been airing on TV for almost 50 years, CBS than to ABC in 2001. However, in 2018, Apple acquired the entire rights to the “Peanuts” catalog, which gives you all of the favorites. In 2020 & 2021, the Charles Schultz special aired on PBS and PBS Kids…Not this year….
Regretfully, PBS does not have the rights to distribute the Peanuts specials this year. We’ll all have to watch for the Great Pumpkin in a different pumpkin patch this Halloween.
