The Director of Bands/Orchestra of Youngstown State University, Dr. Stephen Gage joins us as #spanningtheneed talks to him about his journey/career, the pandemic, the hardest part about retiring and what he learned in his many years of service. We added a few surprise guests, which includes Dr. Cynthia Anderson, (retired YSU President) and Shawn Reynolds, former student of Dr. Gage, as he is retiring after 42 years of service in education.
