Women at Work

On Thursday, March 16 at 6:00pm, the Youngstown Historical Center of Industry & Labor will present the progress of their ongoing Women at Work Oral History Project. As they approach the half way point of gathering oral histories from a variety of women from the Mahoning Valley area, they would like to share the commonalities and differences in their experiences. This project will be a valuable asset for researchers seeking first hand accounts of the real life struggles of women working outside the home during decades of transition.
