Crop and Craft Fest Fundraiser

Registration is now open for the Friends of the Library Canfield Committee’s Crop & Craft Fest 2025. This day long retreat offers scrap-bookers, card makers and crafters the opportunity to spend undivided attention to their hobbies. The fundraiser will be held on Saturday, February 8 from 9:00am-6:00pm at the Canfield Library, 43 W Main Street, Canfield. Lunch, beverages and snacks will be provided. Creative Memories is the featured vendor. A Swap Table and door prizes round out the event.

Make plans now to attend. The registration deadline is January 29. Tickets are $45 per person. Proceeds of the event benefit the library children’s programs and help make possible popular programs like the Children’s Summer Reading Program. The Friends of the Library is a volunteer group that provides ongoing support to the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County through fundraising, book sales and advocacy. The 501c3 non-profit operates the Friends Bookstore located in the Poland Branch. Upcoming 2025 fundraisers include the Brew Fest (March 1) and Mah Jongg Tourney (April 29). Operating countywide and at branch libraries, there is a Friends Committee near you. New members are welcome.
