Fall has settled in at White House Fruit Farm in Canfield, and the whole place shows it. Pumpkins fill the fields, food trucks line the lawn, and families are everywhere, even on a gray, damp day.
The farm’s Fall Harvest Weekends run through Sunday, October 25, so there are still a couple of weekends left to make it out.

Pumpkins, pumpkins and more pumpkins
Whether you want a big one for the porch or a little one for the kitchen table, there is no shortage. Hay bales, corn stalks and mums are scattered around the grounds, and the pumpkin-character archway near the entrance is a favorite spot for family pictures.
Good food on the lawn
Food trucks and tents are set up on the weekends, and the lineup changes. Recent visitors found burgers, chicken sandwiches, waffle fries and fresh stromboli, and the farm is well known for its apple cider and donuts.

Shop, stroll and take it all in
Inside the market, you will find fresh Ohio apples, cheese, sauces and jams, and next door the gift barn is full of fall decor, toys and books. When you need a break from the crowds, a pond with a fountain and a few maples just starting to turn makes a peaceful place to walk.
