The Spano Foundation School Supplies Fund is now accepting grant applications from schools and teachers to become a recipient of this year’s grant for classroom supplies, which include a combination of organization items, large tubs to store things, paper, pens, pencils, gel pens, 3inch binders and/or dry erase markers, just to name a few.

The Fund helps primary and secondary school teachers purchase much-needed supplies for their
classrooms due to cutbacks from the state. To be considered to receive the donation of school
supplies applications must be received by the deadline. All applications received after the deadline
will not be accepted. Schools must be located in Trumbull, Mahoning, Columbiana, Portage or Stark
Counties in the State of Ohio or Western PA (Mercer/Lawrence Counties). This is due to the time
frame on logistics with districts.

The application is for the school classrooms and/or districts that are in need of school supplies for
their students and/or staff. The school supplies are organized with a mixed variety of supplies for
students, teachers and administration.

To apply, visit the School Supplies Fund on the Spano Foundation website or you can click on the
School Supplies Application by going to https://spanofoundation.com/grants. The deadline for
completion is Friday, September 1, 2023 at 12pm to be considered to receive the donation of school
supplies.

If you would like to make a donation to the School Supplies Fund, go to
https://spanofoundation.com/SchoolSupplies.
