He defeated Western Reserve for his 50th career win in 2001, topped Mogadore in 2006 for his 100th victory, secured his 150th win in 2012 when the Raiders defeated Mineral Ridge and posted his 200th all-time win in 2018 when SRHS defeated league rival Crestview.

Over the years and in addition to his head coaching duties, he has coached the defensive line, linebackers, defensive backs, offensive backs, offensive line and offensive split ends, serving as defensive coordinator and running backs coach of the OHSFCA (Ohio High School Football Coaches Association) Grange Insurance North-South Ohio All-Star Classic in Columbus on two separate occasions (2004 and 2018).
