The Concept Studio

Mike McIntyre, executive editor of Ideastream Public Media, will address a February 15 luncheon gathering of the Youngstown Press Club. The gathering will begin at noon at the Concept Studio, 217 W. Federal St. McIntyre’s topic will be: “Building a regional public media newsroom.” The Cleveland-based Ideastream is the home of member-supported public broadcast stations

Lit Youngstown will host their second annual Winter Gala on Friday, February 2 at 7:00pm at Concept Studio. The event will feature readings by Eric Alleman and Nikki Robinson, music by Susan Wojnar and Tom Mechling, a costume contest and light refreshments. Eric Alleman is a writer and artist who enjoys writing and making art.
