Ohio 250: November Movie Night

Enjoy a night at the movies – old school – with a gritty crime classic that was partly filmed in our very own Buckeye State. The event is a viewing of a renowned film from 1950 about an ill-fated heist in Cincinnati, based on Ohio-born writer W. R. Burnett’s 1949 crime novel, The Asphalt Jungle. After, the group will chat about the ‘dark elements’ that (literally and figuratively) give the so-called “film noir” genre its name.
