The YSU Skeggs Lecture Series Presents Doris Kearns Goodwin on Friday, September 25 at 6:30pm at Stambaugh Auditorium.

Doris Kearns Goodwin is a Pulitzer Prize-winning presidential historian, #1 New York Times bestselling author, and partner in Pastimes Productions. She is the author of nine books, including Team of Rivals-which inspired Steven Spielberg’s Lincoln – and An Unfinished Love Story, a 2024 #1 bestseller currently in development as a feature film. A frequent commentator on leadership and democracy, Goodwin has served as executive producer on multiple HISTORY Channel documentaries and consults widely on American history and presidential leadership. She holds a Ph.D. from Harvard University, where she taught government, and is the recipient of numerous honors for her contributions to history, literature, and public discourse.
