Breakfast with Anna & Elsa will be held Sunday, December 1 from 9:00am-11:00am at Piccadilly Parlour Victorian Tea Room. Tea with Anna & Elsa will be held Sunday, December 1 from 12:00pm-2:00pm; Saturday, December 28 from 4:00pm-6:00pm; and Sunday, December 29 from 12:00pm-2:00pm. Breakfast Cost is $21.00 per child and includes choice of chocolate chip
