Youngstown Oktoberfest

The City of Youngstown presents the 2nd annual Youngstown Oktoberfest on Phelps Street on Saturday, September 23 from 3pm-7pm on the Phelps Street Gateway in downtown Youngstown. Family fun includes kids games & prizes, face painting, amazing local food vendors, amazing photo ops, and friendly characters to meet! Free to the public.
