Celebrate National Community Development Day in Youngstown! The first National Community Development Day in the City of Youngstown will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2025, from 11:00am-7:00pm at the Covelli Centre to celebrate the vital role of Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) and HOME programs. These initiatives are crucial in improving neighborhoods, supporting local businesses, and enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
