Beginning Tuesday, August 5, 2025, and continuing every Tuesday evening until the weather turns, the City of Youngstown is thrilled to invite the public to FREE Line Dancing in the Phelps Street Gateway—our vibrant pedestrian corridor in the heart of downtown.

From 6:00pm-8:00pm, join the iconic Lynn McElroy, one of Youngstown’s beloved line-dancing legends, for high-energy, feel-good dance classes designed for ALL levels—from absolute beginners to seasoned steppers. Whether you’re looking to learn something new, meet new friends, or just move your body to the beat, this event is for you. No cost. No pressure. Just pure fun!
