Honey & Lavender Festival

On Saturday, August 24, The Freightyard and Trek Coffee House will host the Honey & Lavender Festival from 11:00am to 4:00pm at The Freightyard, located at 1588 Mahoning Avenue. This event promises to be a sensory delight and a celebration of the wonders of honey and lavender, offering a blend of delightful scents, flavors, and family-friendly activities.

Festival attendees will have the opportunity to indulge in special drinks and pastry offerings infused with honey and lavender. A vibrant vendor market will feature vendors selling various honey and lavender products, baked goods, and soaps. Children can participate in crafting butterfly-themed projects, while educational opportunities will be provided through a pollinator presentation by the Columbiana Mahoning County Bee Keepers Association, highlighting the essential role pollinators play in our ecosystem.

Food enthusiasts will appreciate mouthwatering eats from Casa Ramirez. The event is designed to be a delightful day out for the whole family, offering a unique blend of entertainment, education, and FUN!
