The Youngstown Symphony Orchestra opens their 2025-2026 season with Home for the Holidays on Monday, December 22 at 7:30pm at Stambaugh Auditorium.

Join your YSO family and soprano Amanda Beagle for a spectacular evening, where the grandeur of a full symphony orchestra meets the magic of the holidays. During the busy holiday season, this is a chance to slow down, gather your loved ones, and experience true holiday warmth.

The first half is a musical passport to a winter wonderland! The orchestra will sweep you away on a magical journey, complete with a thrilling sleigh ride, a graceful turn at the ice-skating rink, and a dazzling detour to Vienna to experience the grand, centuries-old traditions of a European holiday.

In the second half, get ready for pure, heartfelt holiday cheer. The sensational Amanda Beagle joins the orchestra to warm your heart, performing timeless renditions of some of your most cherished holiday classics. Then get ready to raise your voice as they create Youngstown’s largest chorus in a rousing sing-along finale!

While they project the lyrics of the classic holiday melodies of your childhood, the orchestra will soar, and you’ll have the most fun of the season! Come help create one powerful and unforgettable moment.
