Flea on Phelps

A special edition of the Youngstown Flea is coming to the Phelps Street Gateway in downtown Youngstown on Friday, December 5 from 4:00pm-8:00pm. Paired with the Youngstown Holiday Parade and Light-Up Night, this is a “must-shop” Holiday Market with 75+ local vendors outdoors.
