Nothing says “Youngstown” like the wedding cookie table. Born out of necessity by immigrant families who could not afford a wedding cake, this tasty tradition has been handed down for generations in the diverse ethnic community that is Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley. Join the Mahoning Valley Historical Society for Cookie Table and Cocktails on Saturday, February 22, from 6:00pm-10:00pm at Assumption Social Center.
