First Fridays: Historic Spooky Fall Festival will be held on Friday, October 3 in collaboration with MVHS & the City of Youngstown, “Youngstown Historical Ghost Tour” (Ghost Tour is now sold-out). The free event will take place on S. Phelps Street in downtown Youngstown from 5:00pm-8:00pm.
