Founded in October 2024 by Chef Mark Canzonetta, Casa di Canzonetta carries on the spirit of its predecessor, Bistro 1907, which first opened in 2018.
For Chef Mark, the inspiration behind Casa runs deep. Rooted in his Italian family’s love of food/wine, and family gatherings, the restaurant reflects generations of shared meals and stories. “Dining at Casa is like inviting you to our home,” Chef Mark says.
Casa’s menu celebrates the regions of Marche, Italy, where his father’s family originated along the Adriatic Sea, and Melizzano in the province of Benevento, where his mother’s roots lie. Guests can expect heartfelt dishes crafted from those types of traditions, such as the beloved Rigatoni alla Vodka, a flavorful favorite that perfectly blends Italian American comfort with authentic flair.
Beyond the kitchen, Chef Mark and his team are passionate about giving back, supporting local charities, their staff’s families, and the church community as a whole.
Chef Mark has had a remarkable career, which speaks volumes, he’s cooked for a President of the United States (former President Barack Obama-2010), countless celebrities, and even served as chef for TV star Guy Fieri.
