A Canfield High School science teacher is soon to be featured in the March-April Parenting Special Needs Magazine! Ashley Gibbs and her friend Devin Pirko created a business that makes sensory bins and kits. Gibbs says, “We focus on sensory-based play as it assists in cognitive growth, teaches problem solving skills, and fosters creativity all while offering screen-free fun.” While the bins have shown major benefits for those with Autism, they are also great for toddlers and have even been incorporated into business settings.
