SUMMARY:On The Terrace at 5!
DESCRIPTION:Join Friends of Fellows Riverside Gardens as they “kick off” the 2026 Season for On The Terrace at 5! on Wednesday\, June 17 from 5:00pm-7:30pm at the D.D. and Velma Davis Education and Visitors Center at Fellows Riverside Gardens. Music will be from 5:00pm-7:30pm and door will open at 4:45pm. Due to the Café and the terrace closed for repairs\, this season the events will be held in the Rossi Auditorium with access to the White Garden overlooking Lake Glacier. Rain will not be a deterrent! Lite refreshments will be included in the price of each ticket. The price for Friends members will be $20.00 per person and non-members $26.00 per person and includes two glasses of wine and assorted snacks.\n\nMusic for the evening will be by Take II who have been entertaining crowds for over 25 years. Bob\, “Doc” is a retired dentist and was referred to as “the singing dentist\,” and played in several bands! He has a very impressive album and record collection and is quite the movie and trivia buff. Ellie worked in retail first\, moving on to medical records at several hospitals and recently retiring from the food service industry.  She has been singing all her life and cantered at her church for years. In 1994 she won a contest to showcase her talent at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville\, TN. Two voices\, 1 guitar\, light percussion and custom tracks to create the original band sound. Playing classics from Frank Sinatra\, Tony Bennett\, Connie Francis etc. Old and new country\, easy listening and light rock.\n\nWhether you prefer to dance\, listen\, or socialize\, these concerts offer something for everyone in a welcoming rainy-ready setting.\n\nRemaining summer 2026 dates:\nJuly 15: Stan Miller\nAugust 19 – Queen of Bossa Nova\, Diane Drapcho
