This year’s national recipient is Atty. Fred Gray\, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Rosa Park’s lawyer. This year’s local recipient is Marc Ellis\, Youngstown City school teacher. The award program is free and open to the public. There will be a ticketed reception at 5:30pm. The award program will begin at 7:00pm.
