Youngstown Holiday Parade, Light-Up Night & Flea on Phelps

The City of Youngstown, Youngstown CityScape, the Downtown Youngstown Partnership, and title sponsor Premier Bank are excited to present this year’s Youngstown Holiday Parade, Light-Up Night & Flea on Phelps Holiday Market!
Activities on Central Square will begin at 4:00pm on Friday, December 2 with all of the amazing vendors at the Flea on Phelps Street. The parade will begin at 6:00pm and the Christmas Tree Lighting will begin immediately following the parade (at approximately 7:15-7:30pm).
There will be pictures with Santa, commemorative, holiday mugs filled with cheer from downtown restaurants and so much more!
