Gentle Yoga

A 45-minute floor yoga session, friendly for beginners, that uses both body movement and breathwork to explore body literacy, promote stress release, and invite a sense of rest and rejuvenation. This session is offered free of charge through the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County. Participating supports the continuation of local library programs + you get free yoga! Bring yourself, a mat, some water, and whatever else would make you feel comfy.
Dates are: Saturday, October 12, Saturday, November 23, December 7, 11:00am-11:45am at the Tri-Lakes Library.
